Not at all: Herpes is not transmitted through oils, ointments, creams, etc. Most such products contain preservatives that kill viruses. But even if not, it is rare that enough virus survives to permit transmission. It's best to avoid sharing such products with other persons, but the risk is low even if it happens. I really wouldn't worry about it.
