Yes, you should.: Not everything can be diagnosed in an ED on the first visit. Chest pain can be a serious sign even at your age. Now that you have more symptoms, more tests might be required to get to the cause of the pain. Don't smoke, take any drugs or energy drinks, just go. Drink cool liquids if it is hot now in GA.
