Why @ times when i stand from sitting my vision pixels then goes black. when it returns i'm really confused mentally and weak @ the knees?

Decreased BP: What you are experiencing is a reduction of blood flow to the eye and brain when you stand abruptly. The confusion, pixelated vision and dizzyness is due to not enough oxygenated blood reaching these areas. If this is a constant problem see your doctor. You should have a general medical evaluation.
