I have a flesh colored rash across my forehead, when i take ibuprofen it hurts, the skin feels tight and it tingles so much. no pus. what could it be?

Rash: The feeling of tightness and tingling sounds like a possible contact dermatitis, however usually redness would develop. Tingling sometimes can be caused by herpes virus (herpes simplex or herpes zoster). A good first treatment would be to avoid applying makeup or other chemicals, and apply hydrocortisone 1% over the counter cream. See your doctor soon.
