B12: Neither of these treatments are used in neurogenic bladder commonly. Methylcobalamin, a B12 precursor, would be needed if one was deficient to allow small nerves to heal but not specific to bladder. Lyrica (pregabalin) does not typically help neurogenic bladder symptoms, despite helping neuropathic pain in many conditions.
