See below : If the "lumps" you feel are separate from the testicle itself as I suspect, then most likely they are "epididymal cysts" (aka spermatocele) which are common and require no specific or emergent treatment. Testicular cancer much less common and occurs as a "lump/mass" arising from the testicle. Other less common "benign" lumps occur within scrotum. Recommend making an MD appt for proper diagnosis.
