Its an external: hemmorhoid, and it will go away in a week or so. Sit in a bathtub of warm water for 15 mins several times a day, and use anusol cream on it as the directions say. It will get more sore over the next few days. Take ibuprofen for pain. And keep your stools soft-drink lots of fluids and get a stool softener like colace(docusate sodium)and use it several times a day. You will gradually get better.
