BradyTachy: This appears to be a bradycardia tachycardia syndrome and requires serious investigation by a cardiologist. Evaluation should include an ekg and an outpatient 24 hour holter monitor to identify disorders of cardiac rhythm. If these are unrevealing a more prolonged outpatient monitoring period (loop or event) will be ordered. Treatment( ?meds, pacer)depends on documentation of cardiac dysrhythmias
