Doesn't matter: This question suggests you are worried about catching herpes from the environment. It never happens. You only catch the virus by direct personal contact with an infected person (kissing, sex, oral sex, etc). Whether or not the virus survives in a warm or wet environment doesn't matter; contact with that environment is not a risk.
