Yes: It quite possible to have a full pregnancy. Absolutely. No doubt about it. Your ob/gyn needs to see you and figure out the circumstances of the miscarriage. Very important to do prenatal care good luck.

Unknown: Every pregnancy is different. It depends why you miscarried the first time. Many times patients have uneventful healthy pregnancies after a miscarriage. The key is early prenatal care so see your OB as soon as possible. Good luck!
