Be seen: It would probably be wise to be seen for an accurate diagnosis as there are multiple possibilities. The idea that you don't have pain with walking suggests the injured part may not bear weight, just one example of this is if you injured the patellafemoral joint, which typically may not cause pain with walking but may cause pain when " pushed on" as you put it.
