NO- get examined: NEVER, ever, ignore vaginal pain or irritation. I suggest an immediate GYN or UC exam. If you are sexually active and unprotected, get a full STD screen. You must be examined and diagnosed before you can get appropriate therapy.

Burning: If someone is sexually active they need to think about STI but that doesn't apply to you . It could be urine infection or thrush. Ural sachet and anti fungal pessary can be tried. If getting high fever/rashes/nausea/vomiting/ sever back pain /abdominal pain then please consult a doctor .

Burning: I would say that this is most likely a urinary tract infection, which can definitely radiate pain to the vaginal area. You need to get it checked out. It could also be a different type of infection or issue, so an in office exam would be ideal.
