"Dead" testicle: You cannot self-examine for testicle problems other than self-exam in the shower for unusual lumps which you follow up w/a doctor visit. Please see your doc ASAP. If the cord to your testicle is twisted it can block circulation and is a medical emergency. Peace and good health.
