A member asked:

Could i be exposed to too much radiation while x-raying horses, wearing only lead glove to hold x-ray plate, for several years?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on : Type of x-rays and how many, and where you were situated in relation to the x-ray beam during the tests. You should have been wearing lead apron, glasses, and thyroid protector. Also, you should have radiation exposure log, so ask your employer.
