Need more info: You have a problem not withstanding having had a traumatic injury to your hand or wrist requires a visit to an orthopedic surgeon whose sub-specialty is hand and wrist surgery now.

Cramping hands: There can be various causes. This will include Reynolds. Phenomenon in cold weather, electrolyte imbalance, magnesium deficiency . Please see your doctor as it may be a simple fix. Will need examination and more detailed history
