Need prof care: I'm afraid you'll have to find a way to see a health professional. You'll need an antibiotic by prescription, and should not guess at which antibiotic will be best; with previous UTI's, the best one might be different than usual. Look into a community clinic or your local health department. In addition to treatment, they can help you find insurance, e.g. via the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare).
