i have a small nodule in the groin area that my gyn says is a sebaceous cyst. is it possible it's a misdiagnosed swollen lymph node? he'd know, right?

Might not: Sebaceous cysts typically have to be removed surgically. Swollen nodes can often be painful simply because of the swelling.
