No: Neonates have diiferent behaviors, will normalize after a while, so long he sleeps well and consolable, enjoy your baby

No: Please do not give credit for advanced ideas of abandonment/suffering to an infant with a new/ immature brain. Fussing is their only means of communication and is often used as a marker to acknowledge change.If baby was comfy with you,s/he may not want "change" but settles and accepts it as not so bad.
