A member asked:

Do i need to have any more testing for blockages with a negative nuclear stress test? or is this sufficient?

Should be fine.: Assuming you don't have some glaring familial tendency towards heart disease or very bad habits that may lead to premature heart disease (cigarettes, obesity, cocaine use), the nuclear stress test has a 95% negative predictive value, meaning a negative result is 95% reliable, essentially. So this should suffice.

Cardiac stress test: A negative cardiac stress test can be reassuring. However, and depending on your personal and family medical history, and current symptoms, it's best to discuss the need for further testing with your doctor.
