Can sine sclerederma show up all of the sudden. without previous symptoms or other ongoing problems?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sine Scleroderma: Sine scleroderma is a systemic illness characterized by raynaud's phenomenon and scar tissue on one or more internal organs but not the skin. The cause of sine scleroderma is unknown. It is an autoimmune condition which can have abrupt onset of symptoms like reynaud's, although this is uncommon, and fibrotic changes take lengthy periods to develop.
