Could i be an ultrametabolizer now as it takes massive amounts of any med to do anything but in my 20s 1 benadryl (diphenhydramine) or perc knocked me out? any fix?

Massive amounts of: what medications. You should not be taking massive amounts of any drug because it could have bad side effects. I don't think you are an ultrametaabolizer,but may be used to klonopin (clonazepam) at the dose prescribed, and need more to get an effect.
