Enteritis: This sounds like an acute gastroenteritis. If it is, you should expect diarrhea, maybe fever, nausea, lack of appetite and cramping belly pain less than 1 week usually. Red flags to visit the doctor: blood in the vomit or stool, longer than 2 weeks and inability to drink fluids/dehydration
