I am 18 and get a lot of palpitations. i got echo and ekg done came back normal. holter was normal also. is anything else going on do i have cad?

Most commonly...: ...palpitations that don't show up as arrhythmias on Holter are usually panic attacks. CAD in 18-year-olds is rare but not unknown, which is why your doctor did the echo, and apparently ruled it out. Hope this helps!
