Just exercise: Nothing else will add muscle rather than fat. There's nothing to do about your bone structure, but if you're reasonably fit, bone structure makes no difference. Exercise will give you many more benefits than increased muscle mass in your bottom -- it will give you overall fitness and that's of real value physically, emotionally, and socially. Best wishes.
