Hard to guess: It's hard to guess what a person's "weird bump" is. Four people who each have a weird bump, may have four different reasons for their bumps. On a young person's face, a bump may be a mole, skin tag, wart (caused by a virus), molluscum (caused by a different virus), closed comedone, open comedone (blackhead), acne cyst, etc...
