Thin skin off nose: Greetings. This very thin skin layer that you peeled off your nose most probably is an epithelial layer that was made from dead skin cells. There is no worry in this sense and I recommend washing your face with soap and water then pat your face dry. Sun screen lotion applied regularly is a good idea. If your nose appears different, see your family doctor but I think it'll look fine and no worries
