Unlikely: Carbon monoxide comes from incomplete combustion of the auto fuel and will accumulate in a closed space like a garage. The situation you describe would allow the carbon monoxide to disperse in the air and not affect you.

Depends: If your vehicle is in reasonable condition, its design channels the carbon monoxide to the outside air. A rise in your blood CO level of a trivial amount might occur.If you have breaks in exhaust system, and in your floorboards, the gas could leek into the cab and hurt you.
