hs stomach problems for a few weeks now. for the past 3 days horrible taste in mouth constantly. nexium (esomeprazole) has not made it go away. what is this & why?

It sounds like: reflux, but I can't explaiin why the nexium (esomeprazole) has not made it better. Maybe you should see a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
