TIA: It seems you did not have a TIA,which means transient ischemic attack which improve after a brief time with out any residual deficit. It appears that you had a CVA with residual deficit and needs to go and see a Neurologist who may orders some special testing to get to the bottom of the problem and than give you the right adise
