Wet mount rare wbcs what's this mean on my pap?

Nothing: All women have a few white cells on smear. A wet mount was evidently performed also, perhaps to look for garnerella or trichomonas. This is just a notation to let folks know that we did look under the microscope, and if we didn't make a note of anything worrisome, be glad. Best wishes.
