Took 100mg of trazodone for sleeping, and when it started working, i also got a bad stuffy nose and short of breath. can i take zyrtec (cetirizine) to help? thanks

Side effects: Those are potential side effects of Trazodone. Please discuss with your prescriber. He/she may wish to change to an alternative agent or alter the dose, depending upon your specific symptoms, medical history, and side effects. Good luck!

Zyrtec (cetirizine) and trazodone: is a bad combination. They are both sedating drugs. I would not use them together. Try allegra (fexofenadine) instead. It is not sedating.
