I am seeing a tiny black spot from my left eye when focusing in bright light. should i be worried?

Probably floater : Your description sounds like a vitreous floater. As long as your visual acuity is not altered, I would recommend scheduling a routine eye examination. However, if your vision has been affected or if you have associated flashes, obscuration of vision, distortion, pain, double vision, then seek immediate eye examination appointment.
