Lesion: You just noticed this? Are they connected, or two distinct? Is the border(s) irregular, or smooth. Any color changes since first noticed? Size larger than about 1/4 inch? You should see a doctor-primary, dermatologist, podiatrist-to determine if a biopsy is necessary.
