Sciatica: You have symptoms of sciatica. This can be caused by a disc hermiation, but can also be caused by a muscle spasm which irritates the sciatic nerve in the pelvis. An MRI of the lumbar spine without gadolinium will be the best test to evaluate a possible disc herniation.
