I have a rash that won't spot spreading even though i've been administered prednisone 4mlg and it's so itchy hydrocortisone doesn't help at all.

See doctor: If the rash is bothersome, you need to see your doctor. If it is itchy, try taking antihistamine. You should not self-medicate with prednisone which at 4 mg does not really have much therapeutic effect anyway.
