Possible pregnancy?: Of course this could possibly be due to pregnancy. Sour stomach can be due to indigestion or other stomach related illnesses. If you haven't injured your back I would be concerned about kidney infection, kidney stone, or other internal illnesses that can cause pain to radiate to the back. Please get checked out if the symptoms are not improving.
