A member asked:

I got a good result in my t3 (liothyronine) t4 tsh tests, should i consider that my anxiety, tired & muscle pains are psychological ? i have to go to psychiatrist?

Just not thyroid: Hi. All your normal thyroid tests tell you is that your symptoms of anxiety, tiredness, and muscle pains are not due to a thyroid problem. Psychological factors could be a cause, as could other things. It's fine to see a psychiatrist; it shows you're keeping your mind open about possible causes. And there may be more than one thing going on. Good luck!
