I picked at my tonsils earlier the following day with strep and tonsil stones came out. now, my tonsil has a gigantic black mark on it that's surrounded by an influx of even more white pus. should i be concerned? what is this??

Tonsil Stone: Greetings, this sounds like a deep pocket or crevice within the tonsil itself. Gargle with water after meals. These stones can be problematic and may even lead to chronic infection. See your ENT for confirmation.
