Ear infection?: I am concerned that you are taking an antibiotic, but apparently did not have any exam prior to starting the medication. Aside from that, you might have impacted ear wax with or without an infection, so it might help to have that addressed. Yes, you can get swollen glands (lymph nodes) when you have an infection. That's one way your own body fights infections.
