Varies: You would certainly want to discuss your specific case with your doctor. That being said, there is no specific contraindications to taking those medications. Probably the biggest concern would be potentially over sedation from the combination of the methadone, buspar, (buspirone) and flexeril; but many people on methadone for a long time have a tolerance that is pretty high.
