Different systems: Your height growth is controlled by your growth hormone levels and that is probably finished. You can have a bone age done and that will tell you how much growth potential you have left in you. Your facial haair growth is determined by the distribution of your hair follicles and testosterone, etc. Speak to a good dermatologist about it who will carefully examine your skin.
