Testicle pain: Could be varicocele, which hurts more with increase in intra-bdominal pressure( valsalva) that occurs when stooling. Could also be intermittent torsion, spermatocele, or chronic epidymitis, or even a tiny stone. Varicocele, chronic infection , torsion can impact fertility. Would f/u/ w/ urologist
