Neurologist: Tingling of the left hand is often due to carpal tunnel syndrome caused by thickened ligaments in the wrist. However this would not affect the foot in any way. Recurrent tingling, numbness in the same side of the body(face, arm, leg) can be caused by brain pathology, blockage in certain arteries, demyelinating disease like multiple sclerosis. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate your symptoms.
