Proper workup: Not all phyiscians know how to do a hypoglycemia workup, either fasting or postprandial. Missing an insulinoma will kill you. Even postprandial syndrome, which this might be, needs to be diagnosed and managed. Please get specialist consultation -- perhaps an endocrinology visit is in order.
