Bumps in pubic area: do you shave your pubic hairs? - if so - these may be ingrown hairs. If not - you might try trimming your pubic hair to prevent it from ingrowing (these sound like pustules or superficial skin infections. Pubic hair is naturally kinky (no pun intended) and will curve into the skin. Use a good antibacterial scrub and warm water and change your razor. topical antibiotic ointment may help.
