Cipralex is an SSRI: antidepressant also known as escitalopram. It is taken once daily and may be taken any time of the day within any given day. If you missed today's dose, take it now. If the missed dose was yesterday it is best to not try to make up for it today but rather to take your regular dose for today. It will not drop your levels significantly.
