Possible yeast infx: Could be one of several things. Yeast, or Candida, infections can cause these symptoms, but they would be more generalized throughout the mouth. Could be your toothpaste or mouthwash; you might consider changing these. Is your mouth dry? Could be one of the more common autoimmune conditions such as Sjogren's syndrome, and making that diagnosis would require a biopsy. If it persists, see a doctor!
