Round mole on the bottom of a toe. it showed about 8 yrs ago and has not changed. it is very tiny/brown. should i be concerned it could be melanoma?

Not melanoma now.: While all moles should be monitored in the long term for any changes in color, shape, thickness and size, a melanoma would not stay on your skin unchanged for eight years. They're simply more aggressive than that. But continue to monitor this and any other moles you may have. An annual "skin survey" by a Dermatologist would be a good idea.
