Sweating: I think you are asking why she swears in her lower face and neck with a head pain? There are several primary headache disorders (headache not caused by an identified physical or other etiology) that involve changes in autonomic or automatic nervous system function which includes sweating, tear and nasal discharge production, salivation, and pupil dilation and constriction.
