Dunno but ...: It is a Cox-2 inhibitor and not approved for use in the USA because of potential side effects. I don't know how serious your scoliosis is but it might be serious enough now that it is compromising your heart function and that is the source of your problem. I would try to be evaluated by a good cardiologist and go from there.
